Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A: Yes because a blower keeps air in the inflatable. Once the inflatables are unplugged they deflate.

Q: What surfaces do you set up on?
A: We will set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete. We will not set up on any type of rocks because the constant rubbing will wear through the inflatables.

Q: Can you set up in a park? Do parks have electricity?
A: Most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator or provide verification that there is sufficient electrical power at the park shelter and that the shelter is reserved.  We will not be able to set-up if the shelter is not reserved.  Please make sure to check the spacing and the park’s policies.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes all orders require a $50 deposit. You may pay your deposit with Paypal.

Q: What payments do you take?

A: Cash or Visa/Mastercard.  If paying by cash, please have exact change. You may pay your deposit with Paypal.

Q: What if we need to cancel?
